Hongsheng Inks & Supplies is a manufacturer specializing in industrial screen printing, pad printing and UV-curing ink systems.
Established in 1999, we have been engaged in ink research, development and production for over 20 years. Our manufacturing base is located in the chemical industrial zone of Boluo County, Huizhou, Guangdong, and our sales office is located in Dalingshan, Dongguan, Guangdong.
We provide ink solutions for a wide range of substrates and application requirements, supporting distributors, printing companies and industrial manufacturers with product selection, custom formulation, color matching and application testing.

PRODUCTION CAPABILITY
Production Equipment & Ink Processing
Our production process is supported by dedicated equipment for ink mixing, dispersion and processing. Different equipment is selected according to the ink system, batch requirements and product characteristics.
Process parameters are controlled according to the requirements of each product series before filling and final inspection.
COLOR DEVELOPMENT
Color Matching & Sample Preparation
Color matching is carried out according to customer samples, reference colors and application requirements. Small-batch samples can be prepared for evaluation before production when necessary.
Color development is considered together with the substrate, printing method, opacity, gloss and other required performance characteristics.
QUALITY & APPLICATION TESTING
Product Evaluation Before Application
Ink performance is evaluated according to the intended substrate, printing process and customer requirements.
Depending on the product and application, evaluation may include adhesion, drying or curing behavior, appearance, color, gloss and relevant resistance performance.
Test conditions and acceptance criteria are selected according to the actual application rather than applying one fixed test method to every ink system.
STORAGE & INVENTORY

Raw materials, intermediate materials and finished products are stored according to their handling and production requirements to support organized production and order preparation.
Dedicated storage areas help maintain clear material identification and efficient movement between production, packaging and dispatch.
PACKING & DISPATCH
From Finished Goods to Order Preparation
Finished products are packed and organized according to product type, package size and order requirements before shipment.
Orders are checked, palletized where required and prepared for handover to the customer's nominated logistics provider or freight arrangement.
